Manufactured Homes are built entirely in the factory, transported to the site, and installed under a federal building code administered by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

MODULAR HOMES

Modular Home construction is more exacting than that found in “Site-built” homes and it incorporates the efficiencies and quality control developed for “offsite” home construction.
