You can choose 1-2 bedrooms, 1-2 baths, and a 14′, 16′, 18′, or 26′ width.  You can also choose your cabinet color, flooring, and exterior colors. Plus, the custom floor plan that best fits your family’s needs and budget.

Smart Cottage Homes can be built to many building codes to fit municipal requirements.
