Val Vosk and Zane Bents gave us a great experience.

Our sales guy, Zane, was able to answer every question I threw at him, and was always quick to respond to texts/emails/calls. I ask a lot of questions and am used to clueless salesmen who can’t tell me anything more than the pamphlet in their lobby, but Zane impressed me with his in-depth knowledge of the product he sells.

We did our finalization paperwork with Val Vosk, who set a relaxed, patient pace for the signing as we read through everything together and had all of our curiosities answered. Val also provided us TREMENDOUS support, even after everything was finalized, which is not the kind of support you generally expect after the money has been handed over. In a market that is often a little sloppy, pushy, and unprofessional, Val is a shining example of a top-notch professional, and we thank her for that experience.

Overall, we began our home buying process apprehensive and not expecting a very good experience, as the bar had been set low by other places, but we were pleasantly surprised.
