• You can choose between a standard black powder-coated metal railing or upgrade to our signature galvalume metal conduit railing.
• For your Trex® decking, select either grey (clam shell) or brown (saddle). This composite decking is durable, requires minimal maintenance, and is resistant to termites and fading.
• Our cottages feature a standard 26-gauge galvalume metal roof. If you prefer, you can upgrade to a metallic copper-colored, black, or green metal roof. Or you can get shingles if you prefer.
