After 3 months of getting nowhere with Clayton Homes, my husband and I decided to give Oak Creek Homes a look. And boy are we SO HAPPY we did!!! Maria and Jose took me and my frustrated family in and worked wonders for us. By Saving us literally THOUSANDS of dollars in closing costs, giving us an even better deal on an even bigger home, and by somehow beating my lenders rate (which I thought was impossible)!!! Yes I was skeptical and I’m not one to trust easy but they made it clear from day one that they were here to work hard for me.

Overall I’m happy w my home choice and the info from oak creek sales staff. I’ve had a few minor issues and oak creek corrected them. Issues I have now, still minor and due to expected settlement such as interior trim having gaps. But w earthquake, oil fracking in my area. It’s nothing oak creek could prevent.

When looking for a manufactured home, you need not look any farther than Oak Creek in Tulsa. They offer a variety of homes and there is something for everyone. I selected the Opal Model, a 3 bedroom two bath home. The layout is perfect for a young family and what made it even more special was all the appliances are new and the master bathroom looks like it was right out of a magazine. Not only do you get a stellar home, but you can bet your bottom dollar that you will get stellar professional support from their staff. They were always responsive to all my questions and they are some of the most gracious people I’ve dealt with in business. Professional, great value for your money. You cannot go wrong by purchasing an Oak Creek Home. Ask for Tom, my salesman, a super great guy! My wife and I stopped by Oak Creek Homes (4/12/2023) on a preliminary fact-finding mission to explore potential housing options, as we approach our retirement years. We met with “LETI”, our highly qualified salesperson, and toured a couple model homes. Leti was absolutely exceptional and quite informative! Her pleasant personality and friendly attitude went a long way to making our visit a wonderful experience. Really nice mobile homes. Can’t believe the price increase on them. But in all they were very nice.

If you’re interested in purchasing a trailer, do not waste your time, talking to any other dealer, but Chris and Wyatt. I did my due diligence and spoke with over 10 different dealers, and these two guys blew every other one of them out of the water. They put me in a home cut the price of it dramatically to meet my budget. If you’re looking into buying a manufactured home I would definitely stop what your doing and get on the phone with Chris and Wyatt and let these two guys navigate you through the process. When it comes to putting you in a home, these two are like Batman and Robin don’t waste your time with someone else.

I watched every contractor that came, from moving in the house, to the pad and concrete, to the water and sewer, to the electricity, to the AC unit, to the finishers inside and outside. I could not have ever asked for better contractors than those who came here from the beginning to the end of getting my home ready for me. I am 100% satisfied and happy with my new home. All that is left is the skirting and I have no doubt that it will be just as perfect as all the other contractors. Kudos to each and every person that worked on getting my home ready for me. Val Vosk and Zane Bents gave us a great experience.

Our sales guy, Zane, was able to answer every question I threw at him, and was always quick to respond to texts/emails/calls. I ask a lot of questions and am used to clueless salesmen who can’t tell me anything more than the pamphlet in their lobby, but Zane impressed me with his in-depth knowledge of the product he sells.

We did our finalization paperwork with Val Vosk, who set a relaxed, patient pace for the signing as we read through everything together and had all of our curiosities answered. Val also provided us TREMENDOUS support, even after everything was finalized, which is not the kind of support you generally expect after the money has been handed over. In a market that is often a little sloppy, pushy, and unprofessional, Val is a shining example of a top-notch professional, and we thank her for that experience.

Overall, we began our home buying process apprehensive and not expecting a very good experience, as the bar had been set low by other places, but we were pleasantly surprised.

I was pleasantly surprised by my visit to Oak Creek Homes. Called on a whim and spoke with Zach Alley on the phone. Ten minutes later I was sitting in his office. I wasn’t sure what I wanted but after a few questions, Zach showed me exactly what I had in mind. Zach made the process exceptionally easy with his laid-back but professional attitude. When we started looking for our new modular home, we looked at several different dealers and brands. Oak Creek was the only dealer which carried the size home were were looking for with high quality workmanship. Oak Creek homes have quality products and construction that one would normally find in slab constructed houses. When you look at their homes, it’s hard to realize it comes on wheels.

The experience of selling our previous residence had left us very apprehensive and frustrated. The professional and personable sales staff made our experience of buying relaxed and easy, as we were the “ones in charge” of what we wanted in our home. Our journey with Oak Creek took 4 years, due to circumstances beyond our control. We are so fortunate that this was a positive journey because of the quality service delivered by Oak Creek! Through it all we were treated like family. It didn’t matter how many times we would come to look and talk, tehn leave for months, and return to begin again. Brenda Ping, friendly and helpful, was always there wanting to make sure that we knew exactly what we were getting. We were always treated like family, NOT like the “Thing That Wouldn’t Leave.” There I was with my measuring tape and note pad every time we showed up and no one ever groaned or ran when they saw us coming yet again!

We love our home and are so happy we decided to go with Oak Creek. We feel lucky that Brenda was there for us through every step of our journey. We still drop in to visit anytime we pass by.
