This home can be customized to fit your needs and design tastes. The Robin showcases affordable luxury standard features, including vaulted ceilings, tall banks of windows, and an 8-foot covered front porch.

• You can choose between a standard black powder-coated metal railing or upgrade to our signature galvalume metal conduit railing.
• For your Trex® decking, select either grey (clamshell) or brown (saddle). This composite decking is durable, requires minimal maintenance, and is resistant to termites and fading.
• Our cottages feature a standard 26-gauge galvalume metal roof. If you prefer, you can upgrade to a metallic copper-colored metal roof (manufactured homes only). Other metal roof color options include rustic red, Hawaiian blue, hunter green, and black. Or you can get shingles if you prefer.
