It’s the American dream to own a home. But a home isn’t just a building with four walls… It’s the place we seek refuge and where we feel the most comfortable and safest. It’s where we learn about ourselves and each other. Home is where memories begin, are made, and make us who we are.

In the last few weeks, we’ve all begun to understand, appreciate, and value what we’ve come to know as “home”.

Oak Creek Homes is a family-owned business that has been building manufactured and modular homes for over 50 years. We value our team members and our family of customers. Whether you’re looking to buy a new home now or are just window shopping – your health and safety are important to us.

All 18 Oak Creek Home Centers across Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana remain open for you to visit and tour model homes. If you prefer, we also offer virtual visits, tours, and consultations.

We want you to know that if you do schedule an appointment to come see us, we have taken additional safety measures to protect your health, as well as that of our employees.

All of our homes and our offices are wiped down and sanitized routinely. Our sales consultants are also conducting supplemental cleanings throughout the day including between appointments and visits.
We embrace social distancing and now offer an elbow bump or a warm hello and a friendly smile instead of a handshake.
All team members wear masks and we ask that you do the same.
Any employee exhibiting cold or flu symptoms or who has a family member that may be feeling sick has been instructed to stay home.

As part of our continued concern for the well-being of our employees and you, we have expanded our 1-on-1 consulting to the virtual world. If you prefer to visit us from the comfort of your couch, we can get the ball rolling on the purchase of your new home digitally.

Our website never sleeps First: Select, sort, and sift through over 75 model homes at any time of the day. Check out pictures, 3D images, virtual tours and renderings, and floor plans in your pajamas, if you’d like! Then, when you spot something you like, contact us. Our team members can answer any questions you might have or walk you through the rest of the home buying process by phone, text, email, video chat, messenger, or computer.
