Our Exclusive Quality Care begins with professional set-up and installation of your new home.

Proper set-up and installation is one of the most important factors to providing a strong and level home and years of low maintenance.

We determine the right set-up and installation specifics of your new home depending on its size and design. If a complete foundation system is required, we use licensed engineers to design it and inspect its construction. We then hire only licensed, factory-trained specialists to deliver and install your home.

Quality Care also includes a 47-point inspection.

Our new Quality Care program available only at participating company owned Oak Creek Home Centers continues to build on our heritage with its 47-point on-site inspection. Performed by independent, licensed engineers, this comprehensive inspection ensures that the delivery and installation of your home meets our high standards of quality and exceeds your expectations. Your new home represents one of the largest investments you’ll ever make. You want it to be right...right from the beginning. So do we. And all new homes sold by our company owned Oak Creek Home Centers are subject to this inspection program with the exception of single-section homes under 18 feet wide.

• Trees & bushes trimmed to prevent brushing against home
• Site clear of construction materials
• Interior walls, tape & texture

• Interior is free of construction materials, clean & ready for move-in

Oak Creek Homes’ Quality Care program ensures your home is installed properly and ready from the first day you move in.

Our Quality Care professionals are available to assist you with any issues for as long as you own your home.
