This year, the company celebrates its 38th anniversary of providing comfortable, affordable, factory-built homes. We want to thank you for your confidence and support as we celebrate this year and the completion of our 41,000th home. If you’re not familiar with Oak Creek homes, let me tell you a little about our company.

Established, very experienced, regional company:
We’re a manufactured and modular housing producer with three manufacturing facilities serving 14 states, including Texas, Tennessee, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Colorado, Kansas, Arkansas, Kentucky, Missouri, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Alabama and Mississippi. In 38 years, we’ve built more than 41,000 homes, and have been the leading producer of modular homes in Texas and along the Gulf Coast for the past six years. We have a solid reputation for quality and are the only producer offering homebuyers a seven-year warranty.

Complete line of residential and commercial buildings:
Our regional focus has allowed us to develop a complete line of affordable homes to meet almost every need. Our homes range from basic, value-series models to larger, developer-series models. Our homes are more affordable than site-built homes and still have all their features. Our other products include college dormitory-style housing, military barracks, portable oil field units, commercial offices and classrooms. We can meet any need, from relatively inexpensive temporary solutions to affordable permanent housing.

Quick response time:
We can typically produce a home in four to eight weeks. Because our homes are built in a controlled environment, there are virtually no weather-related construction delays.

Other capabilities – a “turnkey” solution:
In addition to constructing the home, we often arrange for delivery and installation of the home, the HVAC and other details. We have in-house access to insurance and financing resources to simplify the buying process for homebuyers. We’ll do as much as you want us to.
